In order to measure if the objectives of a new translation of Mark have been met, 110 students from 5 colleges in the Philippines were surveyed. Questions on comparison and comprehension were prepared after having the sample read versions representing stage II and stage III of the translation. The results indicate directions and tendencies in the stages of translation and point to various hidden factors in the sampling which were difficult to uncover. View Less
